Yes, it is plush and especially designed with a contouring memory
foam (think expensive pillow!) that is not only a portable
changing pad but our baby testers found it very useful just to hang
out and play on it!
We
took ours to the park and it was great! Put it in your diaper
bag and use it for diaper changing too! It's machine washable
