Kathryn Rose Kovarik is a yoga teacher and mother of two young
children. She has found her heart's calling working intimately
with women during pregnancy. Known for her enthusiastic approach to
encouraging and inspiring women to feel empowered during pregnancy,
she brings an empathetic, supportive and positive spirit to every
class. Kathryn is a devoted student of yoga, meditation and
mind/body healing therapies.

movement, focus is rooted in deep rhythmic breath bringing heat and
balance to the inner body, creating suppleness and stability inside
